EFT founder Gary Craig believes that:
All negative emotions are caused by an imbalance in the body’s energy system.
EFT, Emotional Freedom techniques is a non intrusive method of defusing emotional and even physical issues and therefore reducing the level of accumulated stress in our everyday life.
It is a simple method which can also be used on a self-help basis. This involves tapping and therefore activating specific acupuncture points on the face, hands and chest.
Simple issues maybe cleared with just one round of EFT.
Complex ones may require more work since they may need to be looked at from different perspectives.
